1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Synk. By creating an account you confirm that you are an adult and that the information and data you provide are your own and accurate.
2. The service
Synk suggests people who are compatible within our model, based on astrology, Human Design and life goals. Only verified profiles are shown and may swipe. Creating a profile is open to everyone; a one-time fee of €1.99 covers your first personal analysis, and you become visible to others once you complete the Face Check verification.
3. Entertainment disclaimer
All astrological, Human Design, numerological and AI-generated content is provided for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is not professional, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and no specific outcome is promised.
4. Your conduct
You agree not to: impersonate others or upload photos that are not of you; harass, threaten, defame or abuse others; share illegal, sexual-exploitation, hateful or violent content; spam, scam, solicit money, or promote crypto/financial schemes; or use Synk for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for your interactions; meet new people safely and with caution.
5. Purchases & subscriptions
Paid features include the €1.99 analysis, the €9.99 Deep Reading, and optional subscriptions and consumables. On iOS/Android, purchases are processed by Apple/Google and are subject to their billing, auto-renewal and refund rules; manage or cancel auto-renewing subscriptions in your store account. On the web, payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase. We do not raise prices retroactively or hide already-earned likes behind payment.
6. Content & licence
You retain rights to the content you upload and grant us a limited licence to host and display it to operate the service. Synk, its design and software remain our intellectual property.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law. Where we take action against your account, we aim to tell you the reason and to offer a way to appeal, except where prohibited by law or necessary for safety. You may delete your account at any time in the app.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of other users or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for death, personal injury or intent/gross negligence).
9. Governing law & changes
